Mayor's 2008 Proposed Budget and Notice of Public Hearing

Whereas, the City of Rochester Hills City Council have worked
together to develop major City goals for the Fiscal Year 2008
and
Whereas, based on these major City goals, the Fiscal Year 2008
Mayor's Proposed Budget was developed; and
Whereas, at the August 1, 2007 City Council meeting, the Mayor
presented the 2008 Proposed Budget Plan for the Fiscal Year
beginning January 1, 2008.
Be it Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council acknowledges
receipt of the 2008 Proposed Budget Plan and hereby gives notice
of Public Hearing to be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
September 19, 2007, at the Rochester Hills City Hall, 1000 Rochester
Hills Drive, for the purpose of presenting the 2008 Budget and providing
opportunity to all interested parties to present comments thereon prior
to the adoption by the Rochester Hills City Council.
Be It Further Resolved that the publication of the Notice of Public
Hearing is hereby authorized.
