Proclamation in Recognition of Boy Scouts Gary Williams and Kevin Tebbe for their outstanding achievement in developing, implementing, and completing the Pathway of Eagles

Boy Scouts Gary Williams and Kevin Tebbe, of Rochester Hills Troop 123, attained the rank of Eagle Scout by executing a major service project. Their project involved building a brick paver walkway and crossover bridge at Veterans Memorial Pointe. They developed a plan and worked diligently throughout the winter to secure funding and materials for their project. With help from members of their troop, Gary and Kevin were able to complete the project that is now proudly called the Pathway of Eagles.
Future Eagle Scouts will be able to have their achievement recognized by purchasing and placing a brick engraved with their name, troop number, and the date they attained the rank of Eagle along the Pathway of Eagles.
Whereas, Garry Williams and Kevin Tebbe are dedicated and committed to serving in the Boy Scouts of America, an organization that gives young men opportunities to participate in helping their community; and
Whereas, through their efforts in this exceptional service project, Gary Williams and Kevin Tebbe have added to the ongoing beauty and honor of Veterans Memorial Pointe.
Now, Therefore, be it Resolved, that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Rochester Hills hereby recognize Gary Williams and Kevin Tebbe for their outstanding achievement in developing, implementing, and completing the Pathway of Eagles.
