Request for Adoption of the March 9, 2010 Restatement of the City's Group Pension Plan document

Resolved, that the City Council hereby adopts the March 9, 2010 Restatement of the City of Rochester Hills Group Pension Plan as presented, attached hereto and incorporated by reference, and as requested by the Internal Revenue Code and related Internal Revenue Service regulations so as to maintain the status of the Plan as a qualified plan and to update certain language, correct clerical errors, improve descriptions, and incorporate resolutions and references to approved provisions of labor agreements, state and federal law changes, and administrative policies.
