Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Sanitary Sewer Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-21-276-013, granted by Kim-Fix LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1400 S. Livernois Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for 1400 S. Livernois Land Division.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
