Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a sanitary sewer easement granted by Curtis Properties Group, LLC, 34244 Woodward, Birmingham, Michigan 48009 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-03-477-035.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
