Authorize a 10% contingency on this project to avoid further delays
Body
Whereas, there is uncertainty as to the actual conditions of the public safety building roof as well as the impending weather conditions, and
Whereas, the City wishes to complete the roof project in a timely manner and not jeopardize the terms of the phenolic foam insulation lawsuit;
Resolved that the City of Rochester Hills City Council authorize a 10% contingency on this project to avoid further delays in completion.
