Title: Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness - File No. PHDC2026-0016 - for to City of Rochester Hills to install replacement monument signs in three locations. Two signs are for Stoney Creek Village, located on the south side of E. Tienken Rd. between Letica Rd. and Van Hoosen Rd. within the right-of-way, and within the roundabout at the intersection of E. Tienken Rd., Washington Rd. and Runyon Rd. (within the City of Rochester). The third set of signs is for the Rochester Hills Museum Van Hoosen Farm, located south of the intersection of Van Hoosen and Runyon Rds. (within the City of Rochester). An informational/hours sign is also proposed for the museum property.
