Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an off-site watermain easement granted by Steve Stolaruk, Trustee of the Steve Stolaruk Living Trust, 1928 Star-Batt Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-28-151-007.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
