Resolved that an Ordinance to amend Section 118-61 of Chapter 118, Historical Preservation, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan to delete the requirement that one (1) member of the Historic Districts Commission shall be a City Councilperson, and to repeal conflicting ordinances is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption and shall become effective on Friday March 7, 2003, the day following its publication on Thursday, March 6, 2003 in the Rochester-Eccentric Newspaper.
