Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby conveys a conservation easement granted by the City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), whose address is Constitution Hall, 1st Floor South, P.O. Box 30458, Lansing, Michigan 48909-7958; of 526 West Allegan Street, Lansing, Michigan 48933, more particularly described as Parcel Nos. 15-29-101-020, 15-29-202-002 and 15-29-202-005.
Further Resolved that the Mayor is authorized to sign the easement on behalf of the City and deliver the document to the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ).
