Request for Approval of an amendment to the City Pension Plan Document allowing separated employees to rollover all or part of the City sponsored 457 plan funds into the City's pension plan

Whereas, the Trustees see benefits to making our Pension Plan Document as flexible as possible;
Therefore, Be It Resolved, the amendment that allows the direct rollover of 457 funds from a City sponsored 457 plan to the City's Pension Plan Document, as presented, shall be approved and become effective immediately.
