Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, Section 8(a), at the close of business of the Regular City Council Work Session held Wednesday, March 5, 2003, and will not return to Open Session at its conclusion. The purpose of the Closed Session is to discuss a confidential attorney/client privileged communication and labor negotiations.
