Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the storm water system maintenance agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water system from JJ&D Holdings, LLC, 1875 West Auburn Rd., Rochester Hills, MI 48309 for the commercial building at 1875 Auburn W, Parcel No. #15-33-101-041.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
