Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an easement for Ingress and Egress for Public and Emergency Vehicles and for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for vehicular travel, granted by Legacy Rochester Hills Site Condominium Development, LLC,1683 West Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-22-351-004.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
