Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a three-year Blanket Purchase Order to Data Mail Services, of Madison Heights, Michigan, as the lowest, responsive, responsible proposer for printing and mailing of Treasurer property tax billings and various Assessor reports and forms, in the amount not-to-exceed $93,000.00 through May 31, 2008.
Further Resolved that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
