Approval of Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and AFSCME Local 2491

Whereas, negotiations between the City of Rochester Hills and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 2491 have resulted in a tentative four year agreement for the period from April 1, 2001 through March 31, 2005.
Now Therefore Be It Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council approval of the agreement as presented on March 5, 2003 is hereby granted.
