Resolved that an Ordinance to repeal Section 138-47 of Chapter 138, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to repeal the expired temporary moratorium on the processing and acceptance of applications and plans for development or alteration of lands with steep slopes, prescribe penalties for violations, and to repeal conflicting Ordinances, is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption, and shall become effective on Friday, December 21, 2007, the day following its publication in the Rochester Eccentric on Thursday, December 20, 2007.
