Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council accepts the Dance Entertainment Permit Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and PizzaPapalis-Rochester Hills, LLC.
Further Resolved that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
