Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Tree Preservation Easement granted by Singh III Limited Partnership, a Michigan Limited Partnership, 7125 Orchard Lake Road, Suite 200, West Bloomfield, MI 48322 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Tree Preservation Easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-10-226-043.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
