Request for an Extension for a Variance of 42 feet from Ordinance which states that on corner lots in the B-5 District, the setback from the proposed right-of-way line shall be 75 feet, wibh both frontages to be considered as the front yard setback. Proposed plans indicate a front yard setback of 33 feet from the proposed right-of-way line for Livernois.
