Resolved, that an Ordinance to amend Section 110-404 of Chapter 110, Fees, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, to modify the permit fee charged for temporary signs, repeal conflicting Ordinances and prescribe a penalty for violations, is hereby accepted for Second Reading and Adoption, and shall become effective on Friday, December 25, 2009, the day following its publication in the Rochester Post on Thursday, December 24, 2009.
