Request for a Variance from Sign Ordinance which states that when any premises has more than one occupant and has a name distinct from that of any tenant, additional sign area as allowed in the table shall be permitted. The additional sign area shall only be used to identify the name of the premises, except in the case of a business center where the additional sign area may be used to identify the name of no more than four occupants.
