Approval of 2005 Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) Municipal Credit Contract Application between SMART and the City of Rochester Hills in the amount of $64,681.00

Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the application to the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) in the amount of $64,681.00 for Fiscal Year 2005 Municipal Credits as presented; and
Be It Further Resolved, that the Council agrees that the Municipality and Community Credits Master Agreement adopted on January 22, 1997, which is incorporated herein by reference, will form a part of this agreement; and
Finally Resolved, that the Mayor is authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills.
