Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Second Amended Consent Judgment between the City of Rochester Hills and VORH Associates, LLC and 400 North Adams, LLC vs with the condition that revised plans must be submitted to adequately address all comments made by City Staff.
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Attorney and the Mayor are authorized to execute the Second Amendment to the Consent Judgment and any other documents necessary to implement this settlement on behalf of the City.
Be It Finally Resolved, that the City Attorney is authorized to undertake the necessary actions to arrange for the Second Amended Consent Judgment to be entered by the Court and recorded at the Register of Deeds.
