Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts an Amended and restated Watermain Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-15-451-012, granted by Pulte Homes of Michigan LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 2800 Livernois Road, Building D, Suite 320, Troy, MI 48083, for Rochester University Townhomes (aka The Groves).
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
