Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water system, for Rochester Community Schools, for City File #04-032, between the City of Rochester Hills and Rochester Community Schools, a Public School System, 501 W. University Dr., Rochester, MI 48307.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
