Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves an Agreement for Maintenance of a Grit Separator, between the City of Rochester Hills and American Land, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, 30555 Hoover Road, Warren, Michigan 48093, to insure that there is a device maintained that is effective in capturing the floatable and solids to prevent discharge into the sewer system. Incorporation of the grit chamber is intended to offset the potential increase in maintenance cleaning of the downstream City sewer from the car wash operation, particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-351-040.
Further Resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the Agreement on behalf of the City.
