Request for Revocation of Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate #2006-428 for Personal Property only

Whereas, the personal property approved under Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate #2006-428 has been removed from the Industrial Development District on or before December 31, 2007, and
Whereas, the Industrial Development District is that property located at 2923 Technology Dr., Rochester Hills, Michigan, and
Whereas, the real property improvements under the same certificate have been completed, and
Whereas, the company for which the certificate was approved has moved its operation out of the Industrial Development District and building and has sub-leased the space to another company.
Resolved, that pursuant to Section 15, (2) of Act 198 of Public Acts of 1974, as amended, the City Council of the City of Rochester Hills hereby revokes Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate #2006-428 for personal property only, and
Be it Further Resolved, that the Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate
#2006-428 remains in good standing for real property only, and
Be it Finally Resolved, that the City Clerk's office is hereby authorized to submit this Resolution to the State Tax Commission no later than October 31, 2008.
