Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Interlocal Agreement for Maintenance of Clinton River Oaks County Park between the City of Rochester Hills and Oakland County Parks and Recreation Commission through September 30, 2026 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
