Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the increase of a Blanket Purchase Order for HVAC maintenance to Johnson Controls of Auburn Hills, Michigan, in the increased amount of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars for a new total amount not-to-exceed One Hundred Thousand Five Hundred ($100,500) Dollars through April 10, 2008.
