Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, hereby approves the storm water detention system, relative to the details of the development and use, repair and maintenance of the storm water system, for Beaumont Center, for City File 07-014, between the City of Rochester Hills and William Beaumont Hospital, 3601 W. Thirteen Mile Rd., Royal Oak, MI 48073.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
