Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, hereby approves the Sanitary Sewer Easement granted by the City of Rochester Hills, a Michigan Municipal Corporation, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, to Daniel Shuler and Kathleen Barbara Ott, husband and wife, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-31-400-015.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
