Resolved, the Rochester Hills City Council approves the Offer to Purchase / Purchase Agreement between Michael Warholak, as seller, and the City of Rochester Hills, as purchaser, for a 5.0-acre parcel of real property located at 884 N. Adams Road (Parcel ID 70-15-08-100-005), Rochester Hills, MI in the amount of $775,000, as well as any associated Closing Fees, and further authorizes the Mayor to execute any and all necessary agreements to complete the purchase.
