Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the increase of the Blanket Purchase Order to Poe Restoration and Waterproofing Company, Commerce, Michigan, for tuck-pointing services for brick tuck-pointing and masonry joint sealing at Fire Station #4 in the amount of $4000 for a not-to-exceed amount of $44,800 through December 31, 2007.
