Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Partial Termination of Pedestrian Bicycle Path Easement by the City of Rochester Hills and Auburn Angara Oaks LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14496 North Sheldon Road, Suite 230, Plymouth, MI 48170, Parcel #15-32-201-001 through -004, and #15-32-201-006.

 

Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the Partial Termination of Pedestrian Bicycle Path Easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
