Whereas, negotiations between the City of Rochester Hills and International Association of Fire Fighters Local #3472 have resulted in a tentative two-year agreement, for the period of January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2015.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby grants approval of the settlement agreement with immediate effect.
