Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Farid Jindo and Karima Jindo, of 2945 Crooks, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No 15-33-101-001.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
