Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order/Contract for the Hamlin Road Irrigation System between Adams Road and Crooks Road to Progressive Irrigation, Inc., White Lake, Michigan in the amount of $46,914.00 with a 5% contingency of $2,345.70 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $49,259.70 and authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
Further resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
