Location: 1488 N. Rochester Road, located at the southeast corner of Rochester and Tienken Roads, Parcel Identification Number 15-11-103-004, zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) with an underlying zoning of B-2, General Business.
Request: A variance of 28 inches to allow a wall sign pursuant to Section 134-181(c) (Standards Table) which limits an on-premises sign placed against the exterior wall to project no more than 12 inches from the wall or surface and which does not project above the roof or parapet line. The submitted sign permit application proposes a sign that would project 40 inches from the face of the building.
