Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves the Sedimentation Basin Agreement, an Agreement for the protection of adjacent and downstream properties, watercourses and wetlands for the Adams Marketplace, City File #05-030.8, between the City of Rochester Hills and The Marketplace of Rochester Hills LLC, a Michigan Limited Liability Company, 28470 Thirteen Mile Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan 48334, affecting property identified as Parcel No #15-30-176-001.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
