Whereas, an Offer to Purchase for the acquisition of the necessary right-of-way property in conjunction with the Hamlin Road, Crooks to Livernois Construction Project has been offered and accepted for Parcel 15-21-477-020, an acreage parcel, also known as the "Icikson Investment Company LLC Property" as described on the attached Exhibit A.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Offer to Purchase by and between the City of Rochester Hills and Icikson Investment Company, LLC, for Parcel 15-21-477-020 an acreage parcel;
Further Resolved, that the Mayor is authorized to release a check for payment to Greco Title Company in the estimated amount of $73,100.00 in accordance with the Statement of Compensation for right-of-way acquisition.
