Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for as-needed professional services for the management, integration, upgrade and repair of the City's SCADA System including communications to Decima, LLC., Dearborn, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $60,000.00 through December 31, 2025 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute a contract amendment on behalf of the City.
