Adoption of a street resolution to place a recently constructed portion of Eddington Boulevard within the City Local Street System for the purpose of obtaining funds under Act 52, P.A. 1951 as amended

Whereas, it is necessary to furnish information to the State of Michigan to place said streets within the City Local Street System for the purpose of obtaining funds under Act 51, P.A. 1951 as amended.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved,
1. That the new portion of Eddington Boulevard was constructed according to the attached Construction Plans and within the area described within attached 'Exhibit A and B' documents. These documents are provided in lieu of a centerline road legal description.
2. That said streets are located within City right-of-way and are under the control of the City of Rochester Hills; and
3. That said streets are certified as public streets and are for public street purposes; and
4. That said streets are accepted into the City Local Street System; and
5. That said streets have been open for traffic on November 6, 2017 and have been constructed according to City standards.
