Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order for the purchase of Protective Ensemble for Structural Firefighting to include the purchase of the turnout coat, pant, and structural firefighting boots to Apollo Fire Equipment Company, Romeo, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $525,000.00 and the purchase of structural firefighting protective gloves to Phoenix Safety Company, Springfield, Ohio in the amount of $10,000.00 for a total not-to-exceed purchase amount of $535,000.00 for a one-year period.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
