Body

Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order for annual software update and support services for the City's ERP system, JDEdwards to Oracle America., Inc., Dallas, Texas in the amount not-to-exceed $101,492.98 through January 6, 2028.

 

Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
