Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council authorizes a Blanket Purchase Order/Contract for the construction of a new roof access hatch and stair case for the Department of Public Services Facility to Hittle Construction Company, White Lake, Michigan in the amount of $36,979.00 with a 5% contingency in the amount of $1,848.95 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $38,827.95 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.

Further resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
