Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills, Rochester Avon Partners, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company and 85 Avon Development, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, both with an address of 251 East Merrill Street, Suite 205, Birmingham, MI 48009, for Rochester Square Phase II, Parcel #15-14-351-070.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
