Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves a Public Utility Right-of-Way Easement granted by The Detroit Edison Company, a Michigan Corporation, 2000 Second Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48226, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Public Utility Underground Right of Way Easement, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-26-451-033
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
