Adoption of Resolution to Change Regular City Council Meeting Schedule - To Change the September 21, 2005 Regular Meeting to Wednesday, September 14, 2005

Whereas, the Michigan Municipal League 2005 Legislative Convention is being held on Tuesday, September 20 through Friday, September 23, 2005 and City Council has a Regular Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September, 21, 2005.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to change its Regular Meeting of Wednesday, September 21, 2005 to Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at 7:30 p.m., at the Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk shall provide proper notice of the Meeting Schedule change pursuant to 15.265, Section 5(3) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, Public Act No. 267 of 1976 as amended.
