Resolved that the City Council waive the formal competition requirements for purchases over $25,000 under Section 2-10.11 of the Purchasing Ordinance, recognizing the best value provided to the City of Rochester Hills by Home Depot, deeming this action to be in the best interest of the City of Rochester Hills.
Be It Further Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the amendment of an existing Blanket Purchase Order to Home Depot, of Rochester Hills, Michigan, for the purchase of various supplies, including hardware and building products, by the increased amount of $20,000.00 for the new total amount not-to-exceed $45,000.00 through October 1, 2004.
